This wine starts with estate aged 2010 Black Spanish blended with a special blends of dry reds from the cellar including Texas Mouvedre from the high plains in Texas. A long time favorite dry wine pairs perfectly with cheddar cheeses and your next barbeque. This vintage was blended in 2016 and bottled in 2017.limited quantites left for this vintage. The base is a 2010 black spanish, aged at the top of the TARA barrel room for 8 years.

Share plates, appetizers available during all hours of operation. Grill open at 4:30 p.m. daily or by reservation.
